Exercising become as efficient as adding an extra anti-depressant in depression treatment. Furthermore aerobic exercise promotes neuronal growth and so compensates to the neurotoxicity induced by chronic depression/anxiety due to increased cortisol levels (hypercortisolemia). Today, I am a 38-year-old woman. I take anti-anxiety medication, and discover a therapist weekly. Talking through my fears and anxieties has helped to help remedy almost all of the anxious nausea I suffered with as a kid. I will have tools inside my disposal to help me conquer the majority of things that will typically cause me to feel anxious.
